After a long journey of 5 month trough Europe and "the Stans" we ended up here in Osh for some days to fix broken items on our truck. We booked this hotel via airbnb which was fine, the answer was quick. We had the big "family room"/studio on ground floor, Room No 102, which was very spacy with all needed amenities. Working Aircon. A big double bed with good mattaresses, perfectly clean and ironed linen and good pillows. We slept really good! There is also a sitting area, a flat screen TV and enough place to store all our items. Big bathroom with western toilet and a perfectly working hot shower - very modern and spotless clean too. Everything very modern and perfectly clean, "european style". We were impressed with local staff with their bright service attitude, kindness and attention to details. Ainazik at the reception desk was very welcoming us and always polite and attentive. Breakfast was included in the room rate - and there was very rich and fantastic: fresh fruit, homemade pancakes, cakes, mini-somsas, eggs and much more. Coffee is instant coffee as (quite) everywhere. Everything was fresh and homemade. The hotel is well located and there are good connections to public transport to the city center. There was also a big parking lot with cameras where we could leave our big rig (2,5x7m). In front of the hotel there's an bit rusty (sowjet-Style) playground our 2y old twins enjoyed it nevertheless. Neighbourhood is quit and green, some steps away you will find Suleyman Mountain. There is also a laundry service; you will pay per piece - the rates are quite expensive in our mind. Also the special price of 10USD for 1 washingmachine of laundry was to much for us - normally we payed between 1-3 USD in the different ho(s)tels in the "Stans". We absolutely recommend Hotel Level to foreign travelers and locals who are looking for a cost-effective and clean hotel with nice staff. It is a good place, give a try and experience comfort without paying a lot of money.
