Overall a great place to stay. Clean and nice and location cant be beat. Cookware could use some upgrading, but other than that, no complaints at all

Check in process was seamless and we appreciated the host allowing us to check in a bit earlier then the posted time. The house was clean. The hot tub has seen better days and could use a cleaning with sand and some smaller debris in the tub, so we didn't use it. The gas grill is small, basic and a bit worn. The furniture is quite dated. Kitchen is adequate as others have mentioned. One shower with two adjoining sink/toilet areas were nice to have but as one earlier review stated, the shower has a leaky head (on the hand wand) to sprays water quite a bit. Parking was super easy. For the cost, this property doesn't really provide much other than being a couple blocks walk to Moonlight beach.

We had a great stay at Coastal! Easy parking right in front of the house. It was a 2 minute walk to Moonlight Beach which also had a great playground. It was about a 7 minute walk to the main strip with a ton of shops and restaurants. The home was very nicely done with ample space for our family of 5. There were 3 full bedrooms with 1 large shower. The shower sits between two bathrooms with a sink and toilet on either side. The outdoor space was perfect to sit outside and enjoy the weather. We had a great time and would absolutely stay again!

The play area just down the hill a hit with kiddos, the hot tub a hit with adults. Lovely yard. will definitely look for this if we go back to San Diego area.
