Our stay at the apartment started with a warm welcome from Sandra, who generously provided some essentials like bread and ham upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The apartment itself is located conveniently and was presented in a nice manner. The location is excellent, easy to walk from different direction (notabene: Stairs). However, we noticed a persistent musty and sweet scent throughout our stay, which seemed to stem from an underlying issue. Despite this, we managed to enjoy our time spent in the city during the day, using the apartment mainly for resting at night. Overall, our experience would have been very positive without the mentioned issue. We hope that our feedback contributes to making this apartment a perfect spot for future visitors. Said this it's clear there's a commitment to providing a welcoming environment. With some attention to the aforementioned concern, I believe future guests will find their stay even more enjoyable.

Excelente ubicación, a menos de 10min a pie del Casco Viejo pero en una zona muy tranquila. El pis es muy confortable y bien equipado con comodas camas. El parking fue un súper plus.

If you want a pristine, great location, and great host, you can’t get anything better than this. Host even booked our taxi to go to the airport and pretty much walked us into our location. Steps from the best spot in Bilbao. Thank you for everything!!
