Although it shares a common entrance with other residences and recording CCTV in communal areas, access to the studio level is secluded to the room owners, and we have provided an additional digital door lock to guarantee our guests’ privacy. Suitable for travelers who want a comfortable bed, nice shower and pleasant sleep (and enjoyable cooking), we created the unit with the idea of clean, compact, home-like, yet convenient atmosphere in mind. (1) The sleeping area consists of a relaxing queen-size bed with smooth bed linen to sleep for two people. In the case of three people, the third person stays on the daybed-like portion of the sofa. (2) The modern bathroom has a rain shower with a digital temperature regulator, an ionic hairdryer as well as a spa-inspired ambient dimmable light. Fresh folded towels and bedding are provided for each stay. (3) There is an ample storage space the studio including overhead storage (for suitcases) and wardrobes, etc. The living area contains 49-inch 4K UHD smart TV with free view and cable network, Wi-Fi, some books, some arts, and an apartment-size refrigerator. (4) Our sparkling and efficient kitchenette houses a selected water filtration unit for our guests’ drinking water, a microwave, a kettle, colorful Teflon-coated, induction-heated kitchenware, fine silverware, bone china tea-cup sets and flatware, and cute bunny cruets. (5) Guests are also welcome use our user-friendly washer/dryer machine (with careful thought); environmentally friendly laundry and fabric softener are provided.
