Jerry's place is great for the value IMO. Sure the place is a bit old, and some of the things like furnishings/applicances could be updated, but for the price and how much square footage we got I would definitely choose this place again over some small new studio that's more expensive. Jerry's place also had an assortment of amenities in the kitchen for us to use which we really appreciated. Fast responses as well, which is always a plus!

By far the cheapest place around so our expectations were tempered, but the house was not clean at all when we arrived, there weren't enough pillows for all of the beds, and there was only 1 clean towel for the 6 of us. We also had to go to the store to buy soap and shampoo. Otherwise the house was nice, had plenty of space, and the beds were reasonably comfortable. If you stay here, bring your own pillows, towels, soap, etc and this place will be just fine.
