Plenty of room for a family of 4. Clean enough for the value with regular amneties for apartment living. Decor of apartment is nice but pictures posted are of stock sales units in the building. We met the host during the check in process and had our passports registered. Plenty of cafes and eatery, convenience stores around the building. Central to most everything, reaching most touristy area in 10 minutes. Cafe and restuarant always seems busy with locals.

This room has four advantages: 1. The landlord is very kind. When we came here, our flight was delayed. However, the landlord kept connections with me all the time, and waited for us until to 11:00PM. I'm impressed. 2. The place is convenient. It's near lots of tourist attractions and city center. 3. This room is new and comfortable. This room opens at the beginning of May, 2019. The hot water for taking a shower, the kitchen ware, microwave oven and refrigerator for cooking, the washing machine for washing clothes and so on, all of them is good. 4. The room also is safe, and next to ocean. From some tourists from China.
