Wonderful, cozy and peaceful condo/townhouse. Nicely decorated and well cared for. Easy walk to the beach and the small market nearby is worth a stop for essentials. I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend to friends and family!

Cheryl’s place was very pretty, well decorated, clean and met our expectations. It is walking distance from a little supermarket and 5 min walk from the beach (you do need to cross A1A) and access the public beach. The townhouse has its own little outdoor dining area which was very enjoyable. Very easy to get to. Cheryl was a responsive host. We would recommend staying at Cheryl’s place!

We visit Vero annually and Cheryl’s accommodations were the best we’ve experienced. We hope to book with her again next year.

The condo and Cheryl couldn’t have been nicer! The condo was spotless and was everything we had hoped for. Well appointed and the beds were very comfortable! Cheryl was very responsive-in fact, when there was a water main break that impacted 3 entire buildings, Cheryl quickly made arrangements at another location for us to get ready for an event we had that day. The water issue in the neighborhood was resolved quickly but being able to get ready earlier saved the day! I would definitely rent from Cheryl again!

We loved staying in this lovely place. Super location, one block from the beach. Walk to a small supermarket with a great selection. The patio is so nice to have breakfast and drinks. We couldn’t have been happier.
