Dan was a great host from the first communication at booking. He greeted me and made me feel welcome. He shared things to do in the area including dog friendly options. Having easy access to water and firewood was great, along with having carts to bring things to the site. The private outhouse was impressively clean. Large campsite space with everything you need and exactly as described and in pictures. Very peaceful and beautiful property. highly recommend!

Dan was fantastic at responding and recommending local things to do. Campsite was clean and very secluded, it didn’t even seem as if we were on the Plum Farm. Dan was a great host and I highly recommend this spot for a weekend trip!

This was all we could have imagined and more. My fiance and our two dogs got to the site Friday with clear instructions from Dan. He had pull behind buggies to load our stuff in to. From there we were off on an easy .5 mile or so walk back to our location. Camp site itself was extremely clean and very secluded. From there, well, you are just camping with a nice Yurt so make sure to bring everything you need from sleeping gear to food. We bought some firewood from Dan and had a nice evening around the fire. Local hiking is absolutley beautiful and we found a cool local dive bar for lunch. Had some rain in the afternoon and when I looked at my phone I had a proactive text from Dan with a recommendation on a local dog freidnly brewery which turned a gloomy afternoon into a very fun one!! You are out in a field so make sure your dogs have their flea and tick applied for the month. But hey, that's camping. 10/10 highly reccomend and we will be staying here again!

Loved camping at Dan's place! It was a great change of pace from state and national parks! Quiet, secluded and private! I loved falling asleep to the toads and frogs from the nearby marsh. Dan was most friendly and helpful! He warned us several times about the hike to the Secluded Yurt, but I needed the exercise after a long winter - so I did not mind at all! Beautiful area!

We loved our stay at the Secluded Yurt campsite! Dan was very communicative throughout the entire process. This is a truly wonderful camping experience, with an easy-to-use outhouse tent and stunning sunrises and sunsets. The local areas are great fun to explore, and Dan has some great recommendations!
