My husband and I are currently restoring our beautiful old farmhouse which is full of arty objects and original features. Dating back to 1860, the house has a lot of history and charm. We have a large farmhouse kitchen, a good sized lounge and a large garden that you are welcome to use. It's the perfect place to either relax, surrounded by the stunning Vosges countryside, or to enjoy activities straight from the door or in the surrounding area. Our guest room is a comfortable, private space, next to the bathroom. It has 1 double bed and 1 single bed and a table and chairs next to the window - a lovely, peaceful space to enjoy a morning tea/coffee as you look out over the countryside. Our house is decorated in an arty and atypical way and has lots of original features adding to it's charm.

Laura und ihr Mann sind sehr sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war super. Das alte Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig.
Laura en haar man zijn super vriendelijke mensen. Native Engelstalig. Verwacht geen moderne cleane omgeving. Hou je van de charme van een oud huis, dan ben je absoluut aan het juiste adres.
Uitermate geschikte locatie geweest voor onze doorreis naar het zuiden van Frankrijk. Snelle en warme communicatie, supergaaf huis, goede bedden, lekkere douche, perfecte eitjes en croissantjes met eigengemaakte jam… :)
Nous avons passé un agréable moment chez Laura. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, avec bienveillance et générosité. Leur maison est magnifique, atypique et pleine de charme. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Our farmhouse is surrounded by beautiful countryside, and often all we can hear are birds singing, crickets in the fields and the occasional cow!
The nearest Boulangerie is around 8minutes away (driving) and the nearest restaurants are around 10- 15minutes away (driving)
The best ways to get around are either by car or motorbike, to explore surrounding villages and towns. Or for a slower pace, by foot or bicycle, allowing you time to take in the beautiful surroundings and clean air.
