Patricia Lynn’s place in Santa Fe was what my wife and I had expected from the listing’s photos; beautiful and immaculate. The huge windows provided ample light even with the shades drawn. At night the space has bright lighting. The unit is quiet. Its modern kitchen was efficient to use. The downstairs bath is stunning! A great shower and even a heated floor! The living room is stunning with its large sofa and chair. The upstairs bed & daybed are comfy. Bathroom, perfect! Private safe-room closet is a nice touch. The host answered all questions, fast & friendly. The unit is very near some of the city’s best art galleries. I am an artist and was in town to participate in a watercolor workshop. Exploring galleries was important for me and my wife. And the restaurants within a short walk or drive are phenomenal. The parking space at the entrance gate was easy to find, convenient to the unit. Beautiful place! Lynn left very clear instructions for entry and for all amenities. She’s super sweet and hospitable, highly recommend! Lots to do in the city within walking distance.

What a great find! This apartment is in a wonderful location in the Railyard District, near the Plaza, and it's easy to get to Ski Santa Fe from there as well. Close to groceries and restaurants. The space is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped. Beds are comfortable and we appreciated the soaking tub. Do note that the apartment is a very open loft-style space, so there's little privacy other than in the bathrooms--this wasn't an issue for us, but families with children who go to bed early or parties that desire more dedicated private space might not find it as pleasant. In the evenings after skiing and snowshoeing, this was a perfect place to warm up and spend time together as a family. My wife particularly loved the selection of books, and my teens and I had fun with the jigsaw puzzles. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Lynn!
