Holly is a very responsive and responsible host. Everything is exactly as she said it would be or what the photos looked like. My daughter said that this was the best beach house she had ever seen because of all the extras: beach toys, chairs, towels, boogie boards, bikes, beach cart, and sun screen; outdoor shower and convenient washer and dryer; pristine interior; very well equipped kitchen; nice outdoor spaces including private spaces for the two “adult” bedrooms; very clear instructions for check out and during our stay; recommendations for local restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops; baby gear; games; and, best if all, the proximity to the beach. This was the perfect place for our son and his family to be on their first real family vacation. Everyone was truly impressed and enjoyed their week here.

Holly’s place is a lovely place. We were looking for a specific area close by the beach and her place was perfect! We loved how clean it was and I loved the kitchen! Holly is very responsive, her and her hubby are great hosts! We really enjoyed our stay! And would love to return to stay by the beach, once the weather gets warmer. Ty Holly!

Holly was the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had! Super communicative, hospitable, flexible. The place was beautiful, with comfortable furniture, beds, and thoughtful touches. It was really nice having bedrooms on three different floors for privacy. The upstairs was great for kids! And the location is perfect, with the beach just a block away! I would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a great time - warm and cozy with everything required for the family. Holly is a great host with simple and prompt responses. The heating system can be a bit noisy to sleep with
