Loved our stay here, the leafy courtyards make this place feel incredibly peaceful. Unwinding in front of the fireplace of an evening was an absolute delight. kitchen is very well appointed with all of the utensils you could ever need. close to transport, very easy to get the tram into the city.

A very spacious place with great common areas (kitchen/lounge/dining and outdoor spaces). Nice and quiet. Eduardo was very responsive, helpful and friendly at all times. However, just a note that after booking we were asked to provide official ID (which Eduardo would retain a copy of) to verify our identity. We’ve already done that with Airbnb, so we pointed that out to Eduardo, and after a bit of back and forth he accepted us not supplying this directly to him. It’s unnecessary and ill advised to give your identity docs to others where not necessary in this time of cybersecurity risks and identity fraud, when we already come verified by Airbnb.

A lovely property in a great location. The apartment was very clean on our arrival and we had no issues with getting access, etc. The apartment design is lovely and easy to live in (we were there for a week). We were especially happy to see a very well appointed kitchen, as we did a lot of cooking there. Very close to all shopping, restaurants and transport needs. The owner (manager?) was quite responsive to most of our enquiries - could have been better though. Highly recommended

We had a fabulous stay at Orangerie. Eduardo was responsive and helpful. We loved the location of our accommodation, ease of access, design, amenities and spaciousness. Any minor issues that were raised including the future need for cleaner/mopped living area floors and upstairs balcony were promised to be remediated. As such we would happily stay there again.

A clever and comfortable apartment. But in need of some TLC. 2 access doors beside each other, the obvious one doesn't work off the code, next to it is one that's well disguised with ivy, that's the main entrance. Not ideal for our late arrival. outdoor seating needs a wash and wipe, upstairs toilet seat is loose, vanity tap and towel rails are loose. Rubbish bins are overflowing. Kitchen needs more towels, a dish cloth and replace the worn out sink brush. A great apt and location let down by a bunch of minor irritations.
