For a private room with shared bathroom and kitchen it was very clean. The kitchen is huge and has all supplies you need. Short way to the old city by foot. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear whenever someone is in the kitchen or bathroom, but that didn’t bother us too much. All in all, great apartment near the old town of Zadar. The communication with Roland was great and fast.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit großzügigem Balkon Es liegt in einem Wohngebiet und die Häuser sind nahe aneinander gelegen Sehr hilfsbereite, deutsch sprechende Mutter Leider war in meinem Zimmer nur eine Steckdose mit Strom, die andere und das Deckenlicht funktionierte nicht Die Hausnummer hat mir gefehlt und eine schöne Aussicht, aber es ist nicht so wild Zadar ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert Und man ist ja nur zum Schlafen da

Roland is very nice and will pick you up from the bus station by car. He gives helpful instructions to where things are and you can ask him anything anytime. The place is quiet and clean. The only thing is that his English/German is not so good, so you may need to get the communication clear, so as not to misunderstand each other. The place is spotless.

Clean, spacious rooms within walking distance to the Old town. Roland is a kind and friendly host plus the kitchen and balconies were a nice bonus!

Appartamento molto carino, da poco ristrutturato. Camera e bagni spaziosi, oltre ad un terrazzino perfetto per un aperitivo. Appena fuori dal centro, ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Consigliato.
