My friends and I stayed at Evans for a girls weekend getaway. We enjoyed the pool, the beds were very comfortable, and it was less than a $10 Uber to all of the restaurants, shopping, nightlife etc. We’d recommend it to anyone!

House was so cute and perfect for us girls. It was a quick Uber to all the places we went to. The back yard and pool is where we spent most of our time. Thanks for the stay!

House was very nice! Comfortable beds, great location. Evan was fast to respond. Only issue we had was that we specifically asked if the house had a two car garage that we could utilize for our motorcycles and we were told it did. When we arrived, we only had half of the garage to use as there was a broken down car on one side of the garage. But other than that it was a great place to stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was easy to get to all of the area highlights, but private and quiet. The home was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I would stay here again!
