The house was nice. The view gorgeous and the house was sufficient for our needs. However, the additional amenities are a drive away (they aren’t within walking distance). FYI- The additional cabins aren’t within walking distance as well. Furthermore, we paid for an additional cabin but couldn’t sleep in it due to an abundance of spiders. It’s as though they made no effort to clean the cabins. We stay in Airbnb all the time and never encountered pests such as this. If the cabins were much cheaper, I would understand the spiders but I paid $300 for a place we couldn’t stay. They did try to accommodate by providing us another cabin, but there were webs and a brown recluse in that one as well. Aside from that, they were kind and in a beautiful location.

The View was spectacular. Roomy home and so clean. Everything as described. If you had a trailer full of kayaks you have plenty of room to turn around and plenty of room for extra vehicles. Not only were the beds comfortable so were the two futons. Will definitely try to re-book.

Great location out in the country with very kind hosts. We went on a family float trip and the company picked us up at the location. Very convenient! We did find a mouse in the house and there was a definitely very musty smell throughout. The house has not been updated in quite some time, but the bucolic views and farm life were a welcome respite from the city.

Beautiful place to stay! Plenty of area to park with a trailer in front of the house.

This was our second time back to stay at this beautiful ranch. Both locations we stayed were perfect. This location is so perfect for soaking in nature, spending time with family. The morning sunset in the mountains from the backyard is breathtaking, we even saw the Milky Way each night, best stargazing I’ve ever done. We had Harvey’s canoe rental pick us up from ranch, perfect location to the current river and Jacks Fork. We would recommend this place and will be back.
