Like the other reviews have mentioned, this place is in a great location central to many vintage stores, restaurants, and subway stations. However the space was way too small. It is advertised to be able to host 3 people, but honestly it’s most for 2 people really. There’s a floor mat behind the beds that is truly not all that comfortable. The beds were really not comfortable either and were very springy. I thought it was slightly overpriced for 3 people. The tv also is just a cable tv connected to local channels. Has a lot of amenities but bring your own detergent if you want to do laundry.

We had the most wonderful stay at Keiko’s apartment in Shimo-kitazawa. It was perfect. Clean, wonderful amenities, excellent location in a super fun neighborhood for shopping and eating. We were so grateful to have landed there at this lovely listing. We would highly recommend it. Our thanks again to Keiko Rebecca

Keiko was very friendly & accommodatiing. We weren't sure if we were going to arrive on our planned day due to shinkansen issue and they were flexible. The apartment is easy to find. Huge by Tokyo standards. It's a short walk from shimokitazawa and ikenoue stations so had excellent connections. From the apartment, its only 10 mins by train to Shibuya. Plenty of restaurants, bars and vintage shopping in shimokitazawa. A big supermarket is near by (Oseki) which is awesome. It has the usual Japanese amenities such as shower room, bidet toilet. There is a basic kitchen and all the kitchen utensils needed. Huge washing machine for clothes. Small wardrobe for hanging clothes. 2 double beds and super useful tatami matt area behind the beds. Great space. Highly recommended. The Internet worked well too. There were occasional power cuts but then power came back on within 20 seconds so wasn't an issue. Thank you. :)
