Had a great stay at the Friendship house! Fit our group perfectly, a beautiful outdoor patio space and outdoor shower, and close to town and the beach!

Great house in a great location. All rooms have en suite baths which make it an ideal rental for adults / couples. The bathrooms are all updated. Water pressure was awesome and tons of hot water for a large group getting ready for a dinner. Great proximity to downtown - we loved heading to the restaurants and bars in Chatham. Really spacious and comfortable for a larger group. Having COLD central air was key - it was hot the week we were there. Some important things to note - parking is limited. Despite it being a large house, you will have 4 parking spots. There is no street parking. The back yard isn't particularly private - made it a little awkward for the night we had a BBQ outside while tenants of the cottage were also having one. All in all, great stay.

The house is beautiful and perfect for a large group. It is thoroughly updated and well decorated, but still retains its historic charm. The location couldn't be better--in walking distance to town and several beaches. We'd definitely stay at Friendship Farmhouse again!
