Basic accommodation OK for a short term stay. If you plan a longer stay (like our 2.5 months) consider these: • no counter space for food preparation in kitchen • no housekeeping provided. Laundry service available at a cost • no hot water in the sinks on the kitchen or bathroom and the hot water heater in the shower is unpredictable and difficult to master. The generator doesn’t have the capacity to heat the water tank • We were told in no uncertain terms early on, that generator use was not included in the rental. It was provided in the evenings but not regularly or consistently (no fuel was always the excuse). For us, during power shedding times, power was off about a third of the time. • The TV has not been connected properly and does not work properly, especially when it rains. Our request that a DSTV technician be called to inspect and correct the problems was refused. You are also responsible for the TV subscription which is not provided.

Mr. Peace responded to my questions within minutes! Alex was always ready to help in any way and did our laundry. The power goes out frequently,Ithe hole are, but there's a generator that was turned on at night. We would happily stay here again!

I had a great time staying at Peace’s place. I loved that i had the whole place to myslef. It was clean and very private definitely a 10/10!

Great place for budget, clean, great communication. Only wish it was hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sink.
