4 stars for a great stay but several things that could be improved… Pros: Location is lovely and walkable to everything Comfortable beds and living spaces Jacuzzi and hot tub were amazing Cons: -both showers are VERY difficult to turn on or change temp -kitchen is missing some essentials (no cutting board or wine opener and only minimal cooking staples) -the entry doors were very difficult to open -the key cards were easily deactivated (to be fair we were warned not to put them next to cell phones and credit cards, but this is not usually a problem with newer key cards…) -when we arrived the door connecting the two units was closed and locked so we had to exit and re-enter through a different door to access the 3upstairs bedrooms. This was quickly remedied by the front desk but the listing mentioned nothing about two adjoining units so it was a bit confusing -the space was very comfortable for 5 people but would be tight with more

The air bnb itself was exactly like the photos, nice & clean. It was perfect for a one night stay for my group. Ariel herself was a great host , quick to respond (:
