Hand an amazing stay great location was able to see fireworks all around the balcony area around New Year’s eve and enjoying the beautiful sunset. Everything around is walking distance powerplant mall 20 minute walk pharmacy right down the road 7-Eleven also right down the road. A chicken and pork chop shop . Also across the street from 7-Eleven. High security all around the units. Amazing pools amazing people and great vibes. Also if you decide on wanting to use other recommendations in the units area, ask the owner’s. God Bless you and keep well.

this room was clean,and it was little small.but there are 3 pools, 2 gyms,3 restaurants, 2 laundry services, a water change service, a convenience store, a grocery, a long courtyard and many cute cats, in common areas. So, I had a comfortable stay.

My wife and I enjoyed our long stay in this unit. It’s small but it’s clean and cozy. Enough space for all our luggages and clothes. We bought an ottoman to use as a foot rest with the couch which was definitely needed. The split ac unit was a great feature. Nice view from the 8th floor. Great views from the gym and pool area on the 52nd floor. Laundry service and container drinking water downstairs. Overall we were happy with our experience here. Thank you, Fhe.

Hands down the cleanest airbnb unit we stayed on. Kami pa nahiya when we checked out because we didn’t get to clean really well upon checking out since I am on bed rest and the husband is the only one who moves around. Haha. But really, what you see on the picture, it’s way more nice on actual. We also had no hassle upon booking and checking in, Miss Fhe is one of our fave owners because she’s not just kind but very accommodating as well to our request. The unit has everything you need and as for the place, you will have a peace of mind because the security is on the clock. There is also a laundry/water refilling station just beside the bldg. and walking distance convenience store, green grocer, restos, even derma & massage. As for the parking, it’s affordable, you really just need to be patient in waiting for your slot. Plus the parking is just in the bldg and the other is just on the other bldg. As for the location, you are nearby top locations like makati, taguig, mandaluyong area. Truly one of our fave location in the metro. Thank you again Miss Fhe! We will go back there a heartbeat.

Fhe's place has all the necessities. The building itself is well maintained. The unit is spacious for two people. Really good for intimate and quiet vacation. 😊
