Nice cosy room, just what I needed for the conference I was staying at, a 15 minute walk from Manchester Uni SU. Host provided a flask of water, kettle and coffee in room, which was nicely heated. All very wlecoming! Of course this pales in comparison to the absolute joy that was meeting the three resident cats who were all extremely friendly, chill, and gorgeous, walking back into the house to see all three of them relaxing in the living room brought me so much happiness.

Perfect place if you just need a bed to sleep in when in Manchester (and a shower of course). The neighborhood is quiet with many shops and restaurants nearby. Antonio is a great and friendly host with beautiful cats. Great choice for a very fair price.

Antonio was absolutely wonderful, was extremely accomodating and very kind. Room was exactly as advertised, and bathroom was also excellent. Location is nearby bus stations that take you to/from both the airport and central Manchester, as well as close to cheap food. Highly recommend
