It was an amazing experience overall. We ended up arriving earlier than expected and Preciosa and her staff were very accommodating on letting us check in early to rest. There’s a chef available upon request for extra charge and they worked together on getting the food ready for us when we arrived. They prepared us authentic Filipino food and it was delicious! Joan and Ellen were amazing and very responsive on any questions that we had. They are very kind and helpful and made us feel very welcomed. Joan helped us get what we need for our trip to hundred islands and all we needed to do was show up.

Wonderful stay in Alaminos I would like to say thank you for hosting our family. Your home is beautiful and very comfortable. The pictures are great, but when you walk in you are blown away by just how amazing this house is. I would also like to say thank you to Ellen and Joan you do an amazing job as care takers of the property. You helped make the check in and check out process smooth and you did it with a smile. Thank you again ladies. I will definitely recommend your house to anyone traveling to the area. Precious and Ramiro you are the best hosts. Thank you for your timely responses to my questions. You should be very proud of the beautiful and peaceful home that you have made for travelers like myself and my family.

A Perfect Escape at BiMar’s Transient 5 stars out of 5 We recently stayed at BiMar’s transient and it was absolutely incredible! The villa itself was even more beautiful, having a spacious area than the pictures online. The host and its caretaker were very responsive to all of our questions before and during our stay. Also, the villa had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially enjoyed spending our evening to late morning talks on the huge outdoor terrace. Over all, it is Highly Recommended! If you're looking for a luxurious and unforgettable vacation rental, look no further than Bimar’s Transient. We’ll come back soon.

The place is great, had everything we needed and more. Cannot complain about the home, it's perfect. Paid extra for a karoke machine which had faulty buttons. Also the front door had issues with the lock and the side door to the balcony is very heavy. I appreciated the responsiveness of the host and their team. If you like a team there for your every need then this is for you. The team will be there especially for the first hour, they just seemed to be strolling in and out of the home. If you want privacy then this one is not for you. There was some work being done to the house before we left and we were not told about this. They came at 7am so we weren't completely comfortable in the morning. Also they do an inventory check 30 mins before check out, which I've never experienced before with airbnb. Did not like that either
