Great spot in that you quite literally walk across the street to nearly your own private beach. It's on a quiet street and one of the cleanest places I've been and the pool was well maintained. Easy to get ahold of them if you needed anything - but all in all easy, peasy and place was much bigger than pics show. Cons would be - like other reviews say the louver doors throughout the house give no privacy. No big deal b/c it was just my husband and I but that also gave no sound dampening. I get up early to make coffee and he can hear it all. Even the bathrooms had doors like that and no blinds on front doors. Our vehicle blocked the view but still you're on display if you want to walk from the bathroom to the bedroom. Minor things like no oven mitt or extra like foil to wrap food up. Two dish tabs and two laundry tabs. No salt or anything so pack up well! But all in all great spot!

It’s important to note that this is not a host/renter relationship as it is a 3rd party organization managing the booking. I arrived to the home with several windows unlocked. The neighbors have flood lights that shine directly into the master bedroom and there are no blinds on the window. The next day someone called to see how all was going and I told them about the windows and the flood lights. Several hours later, I was in the shower, and two men came to the door, knocking hard and trying the handle. Nobody told me that this would be happening. My young son answered, and the two men came in directly to the bedroom. They never asked my son if I, the renter, was home. There is no door from the bedroom to the bathroom. My stuff was knocked over while they worked. We left the next day because it was just uncomfortable. Others have expressed the same issue. Some safety issues need to be addressed here. Limited seating, small pool, cleaning to do before check out.

Prime location, backyard was a *little* beautiful oasis- don’t fall in the pool walking out the back door! All interior doors are slatted/not solid so there is no noise privacy in the home. Was neat, nicely decorated with comfortable beds. Kitchen tools ok but paper goods were sparse- no coffee filters, no pantry items besides salt and pepper. The shower in the master had three shower heads but the handle to turn number 2/3 spins and never comes on. There is a very loud alarm on the back doors and no way to disable it to open the sliding door in the bedroom to the pool as a screen door. It was upsetting when a man showed up unannounced to change the locks on the door. Held us up for an hour. When we contacted the office bc this felt highly uncomfortable and unsafe to 2 women they were dismissive, not empathetic and never acknowledged that we should’ve been notified. She offered to have a mngr call, we agreed, then she said they were to busy to call us. Left 7 days ago-no call yet.

House was perfect. Clean is an understatement. The pool is the size of a big mud puddle, lol, but still fun and private (even considering the neighbors are so close. Lush foliage makes it intimate.) Beautiful neighborhood; accommodations were very comfortable. Close enough… and yet far enough away for peace and tranquility. I would stay there again!
