This is a nice old home in an older neighborhood in Spokane. There are multiple restaurants, bars and other interesting things nearby. The house is nicely decorated and clean. There is a keypad on the front door for contactless check-in, but it does not work properly so they have a backup key in a lockbox next to the door that we had to use. Although we booked several nights in the house, we only ended up staying for one. The stairs leading to the second story are treacherous and after a sprained ankle we decided it would not work for us. The staircase should be pictured in the listing photos in the future, so renters know what they are getting in to. Would not recommend for older people, people with disabilities or small children but is fine otherwise.

Staying at Jeff's place was an absolute delight! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Jeff was a fantastic host - responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. I highly recommend Jeff's place to anyone looking for a wonderful Airbnb experience. Thank you, Jeff, for a memorable stay!
