Jacob was responsive as we were planning to come down and allowed us to check in early. There was an issue with our room that he proactively addressed before we arrived and updated our accommodations. The location is nice and private but close to beach towns. It was a pleasant stay and would recommend for a couple looking to get away for a few nights! Thank you Jacob!

We enjoyed our LDW stay at Jacob's place! The host was proactive with sending check-in instructions the morning of our arrival and we appreciated the option to check in late. Our room was quiet, cool, and comfortable. The free breakfast offered is a continental breakfast (cereal, yogurt, fruit). We didn't see the host or any staff around during our stay, but we were out at Bethany Beach (short 15 min drive away!) most of each day. Would love to return in the future!

Enjoyed our stay! We stayed in room 4 and heard lots of doors closing/opening throughout the night near our room. Jacob was very responsive. The common areas are very well kept and nice.
