The host is really kind and the room is good. Even we arrive late, Bruce(the dog) always know the host that we are coming and then open the gate. I just thought better if there's a aircon in the first floor, and, better clean the filter of the aircon everytime when a new customer come. I did by myself because it was very dirty. I had to recharge the water pump for drink also. Better leave cables for recharge in the room. I used the cables of my camera. beside the aircon problem, everything works well. Good cost performance. Can't compare with hotels, but recommend to whom want a kind of comfortable living experience in Tagum.

The place is good but getting a transportation going out is quite challenging.

It was a generally comfortable 3 week stay. It is a quiet residential area in Tagum city. During my stay, I received good responses to some requests about the room. If you have transportation such as a car or motorbike, I would recommend this house. There are no taxis in Tagum and you have to walk a bit to use the tricycle. Anyway, I'm looking forward to my next stay.

Hi Ms Emy and CCGT Residences staff, Thank you so much for your hospitality during our stay in Tagum. Your home and staff has provided us with great and exceptional service. We truly enjoyed our stay, the location is great, the beds are comfortable and the various amenities in the property like the covered basketball court and the nipa hut are a plus.
