We loved the location of this house. Close to Chatham and Harwich and to the Seashore. Very spacious house. We all enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood

This house is very comfortable and roomy with plenty of room to spread out. Beautiful great room and very large deck. Well stocked kitchen. Would stay here again.

The house was full of amenities with a very well equipped kitchen. Portable AC in each room. Very spacious for our group of 5. It was nice to have choices in where to hang out so we didn’t all have to watch the same thing on tv or not have a quiet space. Back deck was wonderful and sunny for some of the day but shaded by dinner time. Ample parking for 3 cars. Driveable to many great restaurants and 2 beaches. Quiet road with walking trails near end of road, but street wasn’t ‘walkable’ since it’s a bit narrow. Loved the outdoor shower for getting beach sand off. The 2 contacts were very responsive with questions we had. The AC units need to be cleaned to avoid musty smell but that’s easily solvable. Could be a great house with some maintenance but we had a good vacation with this place as a home base.

Loved the house...very comfortable with lots of room and comfy beds. Beautiful kitchen too, but expected to have a gas grill outside to cook on (which was in the pics). Instead, there was a charcoal grill with "match-light" charcoal that wouldn't light. Sent our daughters on a search for lighter fluid. They eventually found some, but we cooked inside anyway rather than wait for the charcoal to get hot. It was 8:00. We would love to rent this house again if they get a gas grill!
