The place is an absolute gem in a great location. The forum Kanagpura road is a walkable distance and there are two metro stations that are 5 minutes away. The apartment was well kept and maintained and in a residential neighborhood that was calm and peaceful. It's a safe and wonderful place to stay with your friends or family. My family and I stayed for 4 nights at Rakesh's place and found the entire duration of the stay to be pleasant. The host was quick in responding and was very helpful. The houskeeper Mr Nara too proved to be very handy and helpful. Would love stay here again during other visits to Bangalore.

Visiting the inlaws in Bangalore, needed a place to stay, Rakesh's place fit the bill. Clean, modern, all required amenities plus as a bonus there was a washer, wife was happy about that feature. Thanks Rakesh for a great stay.

We booked this place for a week for My mother's medical treatment purpose I would like to highlight about my stay at Rakesh place Locality This place is easy to find on map This place is at walkable distance from The big Market, Main Road, Kanti Sweets 1 Km from Forum Mall All the Amenities listed were in place. All the Kitchen Utensils, Appliances Were in place. Everyday a maid will come and do brooming and change the dustbin covers Overall The Place was neat and clean. Mr Nara is a very responsive care taker. he stays on the ground floor and is just a message or a call away checkin process Rakesh is a responsible host he makes sure that you have a very smooth checkin, he is proactive and responsive for all your queries I owe him a special thanks for letting me do a late checkout. I would highly recommend Rakesh place and will book in future if required.
