The room was just as shown in the photos and listing. The location was perfect, walking distance to the boardwalk and the music pier venue. Room is small but perfect for two people. Instructions for check in and out were very clear and easy. Would recommend.

Enjoyed a great beach weekend at Karin's place. The location is perfect– walk to everything, easy back and forth to the beach. The front desk attendants were always welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Phenomenal location and very close to boardwalk. No car required. Walk to breakfast and enjoy the sea breeze and waves. Would for sure stay again!

Always a wonderful stay! We’ve stayed with Karin several years now and each year is better than the next. She is a caring and gracious host. We loved all the personal touches that showed how much she cares for her guests. The new bed was glorious!
