Ric was an incredible host and I couldn’t have loved his place more! It was in such a central area with plenty of tube lines, restaurants, museums, and parks very close by. The unit was very clean and had a view of the building’s courtyard. Ric was always quick to respond and extremely helpful. I would recommend Ric’s flat to anyone!

Spent a week at Rics place at the end of my siz week trip to Europe. Was craving a little space of my own and Rics place was perfect for a female solo traveller. Is in a block of flats but it wasn't noisy. The flat is in a great location within walking distance of central London and easy access to tube stations, including Elizabeth Line to Heathrow Airport.

Ric was really responsive and easy to communicate with. The place is probably the most convenient location in London, with a <10 minute walk to almost every line on the tube, and walkable to central areas.

Our stay at Ric’s Fitzrovia flat was a delight. The apartment is clean, bright, and cozy, and has everything you need. The location is what makes this flat worth every penny. Nestled right between Marylebone, Soho, and Bloomsbury with a view of the BT Tower from the window, there were tons of fun restaurants, pubs, and shops to explore - and Regent’s Park is just steps away. Ric was a wonderful host who was always helpful, flexible, communicative, and kind. We would 100% stay at his flat again.
