Overall a great experience. Host was responsive and easy. House was extremely clean and exactly as advertised. For those with kids, pool has a large shallow area which is perfect for them. Backyard area was very well done. Only callout for those with kids is the house is somewhat near a busy road- it does feel very private but it’s not an area you necessarily want kids roaming around on their own. Convenient to beaches and other local attractions. Would stay again, for sure

This was our third stay at this wonderful home. The house was very comfortable, extremely clean, and Erica was a very considerate and responsive host as usual. The neighborhood is very quiet & convenient to restaurants and shopping. It’s also only a 10 minute ride to downtown Delray and the beach. We love staying here and hope to be back next year.

Erica’s place was the perfect house for our family vacation. They house was very clean and the pool was great. We also loved that it was close (approx 15 min drive) to all the activities in Downtown Delray. Erica was a great host!

Our time at Erica's place was just what we needed. We enjoyed the pool area the most! We ate most of our meals around the table - pool side. Wonderful place to have good conversation. Loved having access to a grill. The house had all that we needed. Good supply of kitchen items. Everything was very clean and orderly. Erica was very responsive to us - checking in with us frequently via text to make sure we had all we needed. We appreciated that. We felt very comfortable and relaxed in her space. The location worked perfect for us - just a 15-20 minute drive to the beach and also very close to our mother's home (whom we came to visit.) We ate most of our meals at the Airbnb but did see that many restaurants were very close by. Loved the local nursery and fresh fruit stand within walking distance! We would heartily recommend this Airbnb to others!! Definately 5 Stars all around!

This house was large, spacious, and comfortable. It had an excellent kitchen (very well supplied) for cooking and a nice, well-equipped patio. However, the pool was not as advertised (it never got above 73 degrees) and the location was loud (could hear nearby Military Trail and outdoor heaters, etc.) We had excellent service from the maintenance team, but had more challenging communications with Erica. Be sure to read the ~15 page contract that arrives the week you arrive that you need to sign.
