Beware of this feisty little poodle! Although Carolina’s place was very nice, her attitude and customer service was horrible. Let’s start with checking in! Instead of her telling me that the door code would expire after a certain amount of time, she decided to try and keep track of me!(i shouldn’t have to tell u my location if I’ve already paid and it’s past check in time). It took her an hour to respond just for us to get inside. Fast forward to checking out. My son broke a glass fixture which held q-tips, it stated that it was $29.99 on the price tag. She also accused me of using a decor towel like I don’t have enough sense or class to know the difference. I agreed to pay her $40 for the broken decor but she insist I pay her $75. This lady is unprofessional and also used racial slurs when addressing me. I had to report her for harassment, good thing she didn’t have my personal number!

While this Airbnb was beautiful home and host was accommodating in accept my reservation request at 4 am and pictures on site accurately describes the general appearance of place. Full disclaimer needs to be added for future reservations 1. You will not have much space in cupboards, fridge, closets, draw etc as it seems like someone actively lives in this home and they just stepped out to accommodate someone else. 2. There’s no towels/rags/soaps for use so make sure you have your own. 3. Pink pillow covers in master bedroom had some stains but I didn’t make an issue and just removed from bed as I was too exhausted. What really got to me was the morning after my aunt sent me pictures to let me know that she had to wash her sheets that late at night as the sheets had multiple stains. 4. Please make sure not to have anyone stop by, not even for a minute if they are not on reservation as host will be quick to send an $80 request for unregistered guest before even sending a message

Carolina place was one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed at . It was very neat , cleaned , amazingly decorated and etc. The place was very home and I loved it ! Carolina was also a very good host , she checked in made sure we didn’t need anything and made sure we were having a great stay . 10/10 will recommend booking this airbnb !!!
