Punt Hill Williamstown was a pleasant stay, accessible location to the Williamstown village (and esplanade) and staff were always helpful.

It had all of the required amenities and more! Parking was very easy to arrange and the reception was very responsive and friendly :) It was really easy to check-in and the gym, spa, and deck were all available for use throughout the day. The furniture was comfortable and the rooms were spacious and clean. Really enjoyed the stay and will be coming back again next time!

I wanted an AirBNB experience, not a hotel experience. I did not expect to have to check - in to an AirBNB which I was required to do "as soon as possible". The address on the AirBNB site where I booked was incorrect. The address was not 6 Ferguson St, as advertised on the AirBNB site and which is where our Uber deposited us at 10 pm. After waiting on hold with a messaging service, we were finally directed to 4/18 Ferguson St and to a second floor apartment. There was nothing in the fridge or cupboards except a couple of teabags and 2 coffee pods. There were only 2 well worn bath towels and only one small tube of shower/had wash. There is no "host". This is a complete fiction and a misrepresentation. I was unable to communicate with the '"host" once I had booked and paid. There was only a mobile messaging no. (for a chain of hotel apartments in multiple states), which I rang in desperation after arriving and unable to gain access at 6 Ferguson.
