Ypo is a great host. He was proactive with his communication. His place is newly built and very modern in the decoration. It's a big house especially compared to other houses in Europe. The only downside of the place is that it's not in the central location. At peak hours it can take even 45 mins to reach central / touristy places. However, if you are ok with that then go for it. It's the best!

Ypo is easily one of the best hosts I've ever met! Friendly, helpful, always happy to help, and gave us a lot of helpful tips (one of the best restaurants I've tried in Portugal was recommended by him, I would never find such a place on my own!). The apartment is clean, big, bright, good location (close to the bus stop, supermarket, and in a quiet area) and there were no problems with parking at any time in front of the building! Nice balcony, working area, comfortable beds and sofa, great wifi! That was one of the best experiences on Airbnb I've ever had (most of that thanks to Ypo). Would recommend this place and would be happy to come back! Thank you!

Me and my three girlfriends stayed at Ypo at the end of September. Everything went smoothly and without problems. at a designated place we received keys and detailed instructions on the amenities in the apartment and check-out procedures. After that, he did not need any additional help, although the owner was always in touch and was ready to answer all our questions by phone. The neighbors didn't bother me, it was quiet. The kitchen has everything you need for a quick snack or for preparing something more substantial. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and has a cool interior! The location is convenient as the apartments are not far from the city center. There is a bus stop nearby. A very pleasant experience! Definitely recommend!! Once again, many thanks to the owner of Ypo for his professional approach to his business!

nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez ypo. c est un hôte accueillant, disponible, de bons conseils. il nous a régulièrement contacté dirant les 10 jours pour savoir si nous ne manquions de rien. ses conseils et recommandations nous ont permis un passer excellent séjour et de nous rendre dans des endroits magnifiques. nous recommandons sans restrictions de passer par almada si vous faites un voyage au Portugal!!!
