Very clean and well appointed condo, looks just like the pictures. Great instructions provided with pics to aid with finding the parking. It was so nice to have a comfortable place to relax, with a great shower and ability to do laundry. The only issue was the noise and the tenant above was very loud late into the night. It’s also a ground unit next to the entrance so there was a decent amount of foot traffic and noise coming from people outside on the street.

The space was as advertised but a little bit far from the old city and in a bit of a rougher neighbourhood. The hosts were responsive and welcoming and I would stay with them again but would have preferred a bit of a heads up about the neighbourhood and distance (uphill) from the main city attractions.

The apartment itself was a very clean, comfortable and convenient space. The parking garage was a huge benefit. The area left a lot to be desired. There were so many homeless people. It didn’t feel very safe. This is not a reflection on the apartment itself or Cindy-Ann.

Right in the heart of Saint Roch. Spotless apartment. Cindy was super flexible and will to allow an earlier check-in. Indoor parking garage right across the street. Local chocolates left as a gift upon arrival.
