Well appointed. Lovely beach near. Did not like the fact you had to pick up and drop the key off 10 minutes away.

Very happy with the property, exactly as is shown in photos. Very clean and family friendly, perfect for young families. However I requested a porta cot 2 months prior to arrival, and I called 2 days before to confirm this and if we needed to supply bedding. They had no record of my request, and charged me $25 for the porta cot. They said it would be made up in the main bedroom. We flew into Newcastle airport with a baby and a toddler, then had to hire a car and drive into Nelson bay to collect keys which was very inconvenient. When we arrived at 10pm at night the porta cot was dumped outside on the front porch and there was no bedding available. Apart from this, the house itself was great with an enclosed backyard so very safe for kids.

The property was spotlessly clean, and all as described. There was a firepit, but no firewood supplied, they may have been listed in the details, I don't remember. When we had already traveled for 3 hours it was annoying to have to travel to Nelson Bay to get the keys, and go back to return them, especially when there was virtually no interaction with the staff member, he just handed me the keys. A lock box at the property would have been a much easier option, but as this is a property management company I'm sure this will fall on deaf ears.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this AirBnB. The property was exactly as described and was well maintained. Exceptional space to be able to relax and enjoy!
