A perfect little hideaway, very calm and private. A car is essential, and internet access is a bit spotty, however this was clear in the description.

I was only able to stay one night, as we were running on a tight schedule. The place was a real treat, after having spent lots of time camping on the road, having a lovely bed and perfectly cool room with plenty of AC and fans. Lots of little touches made the place special (coffee station with lots of choice), local chocolate biscuits, nice smelling soaps and shampoo… I wish we could of stayed longer 😀

We stayed at Madelaine’s very last minute as the Daintree ferry closed early due to flooding. We felt extremely lucky to find this place, great little kitchen, comfy bed and very clean! Phone signal isn’t brilliant, but there is a good selection of DVDs for a movie night. Had a lovely stay, 10/10 recommend!

Great unit in a beautiful location for peace and quiet. Very tidy and well laid out. All amenities thoughtfully provided. Coffee machine makes an exceptional coffee.
