Paul was amazing. The communication was fast and informative. We actually ended booking again for the upcoming week. I booked this place for my crews that were doing work in the area and they asked if we could book this place anytime we do work out there. I recommend this place 100%

Paul's place is perfect for a relaxing vacation or remote work location. It has a beautiful view of both the south side of River Bourgeois and the picturesque church point. The location is great: very private and just a short drive to Saint Peter's. We were in River Bourgeois for a family gathering and most events took place at the Tara Lynn community center, less than 2km from Paul's place, so it was perfect! Paul's place itself is very cozy and well set up with all the modern technology to enjoy a relaxing movie night on the big screen, or listen to music on his Alexa device. Communication with Paul was great. He was proactive in getting in touch and always responded quickly and efficiently. He was also very kind to let us have a flexible check-out given that he didn't have any other check-ins for a couple of days. We really appreciated that! Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend it!

This is our second year staying here for our family vacation. Paul is wonderfully helpful and responsive and the place is just as pictured, clean, private and quiet, and there are helpful directions for house rules and how thing (electronics, trash, etc) work. We had deer in the backyard! The views of the river are amazing and it’s 10 mins from downtown St Peter’s. It’s a home away from home 😊
