Calvert place was just as described . Close to local stores and restaurants. Only 15 miles from the strip. Nice quiet neighborhood with great Mountain View’s. Nicolette was very sweet, informative and attentive. Check in and check out was a breeze. Nice little get away spot for sure !!

Nicollete’s place was exactly how it was described. It was really easy to find, easy to get into, and had everything that we needed available. We were looking for a place where we could be somewhere warmer than where we live, that was spacious, and that would keep my kids occupied. So for us, the heated pool and spa was worth the extra money. We hardly left the home because my children just wanted to swim all day long. There are lots of cameras in the backyard but we were made aware of that beforehand. There was a noise complaint made on us for our kids playing in the pool (nothing out of the ordinary) from a neighbor a few houses down. So something to be aware of. They even yelled at our kids (couldn’t see them but definitely heard them - my kids didn’t, they were too busy having fun at 6:30pm). Other than the grouchy neighbor, we would DEFINITELY stay at Nicollete’s place again. It was well worth what we paid for! Thank you for letting us stay in your oasis!

Loved this home & our host Nicollete! She was very quick to respond and very accommodating! She would take initiative to ask if we needed anything. Also there was a minor issue and she handled it very well , as well as her cleaning staff they were lovely! The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and had pretty much everything you need. Would stay here again on my next Vegas visit (:

Not only would I recommend this place to friends and family I will be personally booking my trip based upon this homes availability. Perfect place to stay. And the host Nicollete responded within seconds every time we had a question or request. The pool is perfect for kids. They loved jumping off the rock wall. We also really appreciated that the pool had a fence for that extra level of protection. We have small children and the pool fence allowed us to have relax. Perfect place!! We will be back often!!
