My Husband is new to America originally from England! Neighborhood: Located in vibrant Washington Heights, Upper Manhattan Explore notable bars, restaurants, and attractions such as Fort Tryon Park & Cloisters Museum Conveniently close to the #1 and A train stations Your private room offers a cozy, renovated space with city skyline views. Experience a restful night in Washington Heights and enjoy easy access to the best of Manhattan. Private Bedroom: Cozy, spacious room with a new full-size bed and 2 big windows for ample natural lighting. Equipped with hangers, and storage space. Enjoy a spacious closet, mirror, work desk and AC for your comfort. Amenities: Private half bathroom for storage convenience(we might use it sometimes), with a shared shower/bathtub in the main bathroom We provide bed sheets, new towels, and essential hygiene products like body soap and toilet paper/paper towels. Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything that you need air fryer, stove, microwave, kettle, cutting board and more. Kitchen essentials like utensils, cups, and plates are available Please bring your own items like coffee, sugar, and milk You will have a shelf in the fridge and a shelf in a cabinet Your safety and comfort: Our cleaning protocol ensures disinfection before your arrival and regular cleaning of common areas every weekend (Sundays). You're responsible for cleaning up after yourself. Pet: We have a small, friendly, older pug who loves cuddles and loves people. We do not host other pets.

Staying with Carla was amazing! Especially for me as a young woman it was very hard to find a place where I feel save and welcomed, but Carla and Alyssa helped me out with everything!! Whenever I had questions or concerns they helped me. The apartment is very clean and organized. The best airbnb I ever stayed at.

Carla was a fantastic host: clean, responsive, friendly. All roommates were great. Apartment is very close to the 1 line, so getting downtown is easy, although it took a while for my daily commute. It is very spacious, well furnished, great kitchen/living room. The room is comfortable, well equipped for WFH and had hairdryer, iron, heater, A/C, etc. Flash (the pug) was very sweet and did not bark at all, and Carla was very proactive in taking care of him and cleaning after him when needed. The building is ok, there’s a 24/7 doorman which is convenient for deliveries. The laundry room isn’t the cleanest, and there are sometimes bugs in the building, although fortunately the apartment itself didn’t have many issues on that side. I stayed there temporarily while looking for something closer to my workplace, and definitely recommend the apartment for that.

Wall of windows in open plan living, dining, kitchen! South facing window in bedroom so could see Manhattan skyline. Roomies a joy to be with: It was OK for me to be by myself in the bedroom or to engage with Roomies. The place is CLEAN! Travel -- just 2 blocks to #1 train and a couple of avenues to A train. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay.

Great place to stay. I definitely recommend for long/short term rental. Both Carla and Alyssa are great people and make me feel very comfortable.
