I'm so glad I found Jo's place. It had pluses I wouldn't have expected--a great writing corner, for example--in addition to every comfort you could need. Jo made a stressful week a little less so. Thanks so much!

If you have a student at UF or if you’re going to a football game or an event at the O’Connell center, this is your place! The duplex is cozy and clean (with coffee and snacks too!), but you can’t beat the location! We would definitely stay here again!

Jo’s place in Gainesville was perfect. Here visiting the university and never even had to move our car. Centrally located to all things UF. Queen bedroom was wonderful. Bathroom has everything and no need to bring toiletries. Washer/dryer a major plus. Kurig with all coffee pods was great and kitchen has everything you need - oil, salt etc. some in the pantry. Living room very cozy. Fold out couch enough for 1 person. Will definitely book again on many future trips to UF!

Jo's place is right in the middle of everything and it is the perfect place to stay when visiting a student at the University of Florida. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need. It is very quiet yet an easy walk to lots of places. I highly recommend this place and I will stay here again.
