Place is at premium location Practically, all restaurants and lake side is just few steps away… Apartment is as described in pictures, spacious… and comfortable… Our experience included a 3/4 days only freezing cold water in shower… the owner communicated / responded to our message immediately, but the explanation was “this is building problem in water heater - nothing they could do to solve” So, we had 1 day with nice hotel shower (on the day we arrived), and then 3 days with freezing cold showers… Also, on the first day, some Neighbor spilled a sticky liquid in the elevator and across the hall way - this was not cleaned until last day… I think the apartment is great, but the experience we had, is that the building maintenance is quite poor… and the owner can’t take responsibility over that… Overall, due to the shower conditions and less personal touch - I rate this date as lower than the average I experience in other Air BnB with similar pricing

This place is in a good location. Just off the main town square that is walkable. The town square has a variety of cafes and restaurants. The place, however, was dusty when we arrived. The floors were dusty and stained. The bathroom floor gets very wet when one showers. The panorama views of Schmittenhöhe are great from the upper room. Very narrow lake view, though.

Beautiful apartment in central location with 2 min walk to the lake. Unfortunately lots of black mould in the bathroom and whirlpool also not clean.
