Chalet Le Pery is a traditional wooden chalet situated up a private track and surrounded by woodland. It enjoys uninterrupted views over the Arve Valley and the dramatic Aravis Mountain range. The chalet is situated in Châtillon-Sur-Cluses, a small hamlet lived in all year round. Local amenities are a Patisserie/coffee shop, Post Office, Pizza takeaway, Hairdresser and a Bar/Restaurant all within a 5 minute walk. Morillon, Samoens and Les Carroz are a short 10 minute drive. The chalet is accessed by a private road and has uncovered private parking available for a maximum of two cars. Inside you will find a large airy open plan living space with vaulted ceiling and timber beams. There is a dining room, kitchen, living room with wood burning stove, bar area, room with bunk beds and toilet on the ground floor. Patio doors lead out onto a wooden terrace where you can enjoy fantastic views out across the valley from the warmth of the hot tub or while enjoying an evening meal, in the warmer months. To keep your outdoor equipment dry and safe the chalet has a shared garage/storage area with boot warmers and washing facilities. On the first floor, the galleried landing has bedroom 1 & 2 that can be set up as double or twin rooms, both have private en-suite shower rooms. On the second floor bedrooms 3 & 4 are interconnected. You enter bedroom 3 to access bedroom 4. These can be set up as double or twin rooms and share a private en-suite shower room. All bedrooms come equipped with bed linen, bath towels and hairdryer.
