As they say in the real estate business, it's all about "location, location, location"! This property sits beautifully right on a navigable waterway with a private pier surrounded by woods and wildlife, including an American bald eagle nest on the property right next door. Parking was adequate, we made it work. Amazing house, easily handled our holiday family group of 10 adults. Wifi is blazing fast with perfect coverage everywhere in the house. Amenities were fine, kitchen and bedrooms and bathrooms and all household linens were clean and fresh. Host communicated well. We had no worries and no complaints for our entire visit.

Sean’s house is absolutely gorgeous, from the inside to the outside! The house was extremely clean and the furnishings were lovely. We used the dock most of the day for crabbing and fishing, as well as launching kayaks (our own) and paddle boards. Sean was helpful in providing local recommendations of things to do and places to eat. We would definitely stay at this house again! Such a gem!

We loved staying at this house! It was perfect for our group of three families. Our kids all loved crabbing off the dock and cooking our catch. It was conveniently located to Anapolis and Baltimore too. The house was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable too. We'd definitely come back! Sean was friendly and responsive leading up to the stay and during our stay also! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

The house was beautiful and in a great spot. We found it to be very relaxing, quiet, and loved looking at the water. Tried paddle boarding for the first time as well. Host was communicative and gave recommendations for restaurants. Would stay again. Thanks!

Sean's home is beautiful, with an excellent water view and situated in a great location. The water was calm, and my family enjoyed paddle boarding, roasting marshmallows at the firepit down by the water, and just sitting in the screened in porch area. Sean was very thoughtful and provided recommendations for things to do in the area and told us how to use the crab pots on his dock. We loved it and had fun seeing the crabs and tossing them back in the water. There are trails nearby, a local park 15 minutes away, and it's very close to downtown Annapolis. It was a very nice place for a family getaway. Thank you Sean!
