Lovely apartment, well located and quiet with the windows closed

We found mold in the bathroom, the floors were constantly a little sticky, and there were a lot of weird stains on the walls. Also we were never able to get the AC to work, so we were overheating the whole time. Other than the subpar cleanliness, this was in a great location right by the Duomo, but it gets pretty noisy nearby. It was a little hard to find the location, but the hosts sent exact coordinates and an instructional video on how to enter that was very helpful.

This apartment is perfectly located for a visit to Florence. It’s only about 2 blocks from the Duomo and within easy walking distance to other attractions and shopping. There are many restaurants nearby. The directions provided and entrance instructions were excellent. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was nicely furnished and appointed. A couple suggestions are to add paper towels and more clothes hangers than the ones provided. One drawback is because of its closeness to central Florence, it is very noisy on the weekend evenings. Other than that we had a very nice stay in the apartment.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Florence. The apartment was in the perfect location, looked exactly as it did in the photos, was very spacious and spotlessly clean, and any questions we had were answered promptly by Luca’s representative Carolina. Given that it was so close to the busy Duomo area the apartment was also surprisingly quiet. We made good use of the cook top and washing machine. The apartment really felt like a home away from home and we were sad to leave it. After such a great experience I wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay at this apartment or any of Luca’s other rentals. Thank you Luca and Carolina for making our stay so enjoyable.
