Absolutely loved this place! I rented it for a low-key bachelorette weekend and it was perfect. The walking distance to the mesa steps and the bluffs was amazing. Great communication, comfy beds, big kitchen, great location. What else can you ask for! Would recommend to any large group.

Centrally located, nice walk on the Mesa behind the house. Beds were comfortable, could use some better pillows. We did find some large spiders in the house (one large black widow next to the trash can), the owner said they would call pest control. The kitchen is very dated and had basic utensils, dull knives, no pepper or basic spices - kind of standard for commercial AirBnBs, unfortunately. The back patio was covered in too much debris to actually use, but looked nice. Some folks may like the gate out the back to the preserve, but we felt a little uncomfortable with no lock on the gate as anyone could really walk right in to the backyard through the gate. The entrance to the preserve is just a few doors down, so seemed a bit unnecessary to have the gate. Overall probably wouldn’t pay full price for this spot, but certainly a good home base for those looking for the location on the mesa.

Seppi's place was the perfect spot for a girls' weekend in Santa Barbara! The house is exactly as depicted in the photos, very clean, and very comfortable beds! The location is AMAZING and very close to a great walk path. Easy uber ride to State Street. Thank you Seppi!
