The house was in a quiet location and the pool was lovely however, our stay overall was disappointing. The airbnb listing description includes a “mandatory deposit” of $500 euros that is expected to be provided at arrival and check-in. Upon our arrival no one was there to take our deposit or complete the requested check-in with us. This was frustrating as we had saved $500 euros our entire trip specifically for this “mandatory deposit”. As noted in previous reviews the house was poorly stocked. There was no liquid soap in the bathrooms, no dish soap, no broom, no scrub pads, one dish towel, as well as an extremely old coffee maker. If you are staying here be prepared to purchase or bring those things with you. Communication with the “key holder” was unreliable and responses varied. At times it was prompt, such as when we arrived to find the hot tub filled with dirty water and the cover falling apart. The “key holder” sent someone to fix it promptly the next day. However, other times it was poor. Such as when the kitchen sink leaked all over the kitchen floor overnight. We were told a technician would be sent to fix it during the day however we returned hours later to a still broken sink and no updates from the “key holder”. The sink was broken for a couple days with limited updates regarding the status of its repair. Other lapses in communication included not being informed of a planned power outage, our request for a broom was ignored and there was no communication regarding the listing description of a “mid-week cleaning”. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. But the lack of communication and circumstances of our stay were extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, would not recommend.

A lovely villa in a secluded, quiet location. The sun moves from the pool area around 5pm in the afternoon. The pool area is accessible from the bedrooms so if you want to eat by the pool then you need to take the food downstairs. But there is an upstairs balcony with a table and chairs to eat outside directly from the living room. If you want to use the dying rack for wet clothes, then bring some pegs! As other reviewers have mentioned it is located up a steep hill but it is only a short distance to walk. Note that there are no shops in Agni Bay, but 3 lovely tavernas - they need to be booked ahead of time

Lovely Villa, set in a beautiful olive grove - shame about the Posarelli Villas local Agent who let us down. The Booking with Posarelli was smooth and efficient. Thereafter, with the local agent, the service and communication was very poor. Posarelli provided a booking sheet with the phone numbers of their local agents, and the agent in the UK, but none of these numbers were answered. The local agent did not answer any of my calls in the days prior to arrival and on the day of arrival, and the emergency UK and local phone numbers were not answered. I tried to find out entry details for the villa, as they were not included in the booking sheet provided by Posarelli. When I asked them, they said the local agent would help. We were unable to gain access to the villa and there was no phone reception. We had no choice but to drive to a local town where there was phone reception. Again, nobody answered my calls. I then asked a local restaurant owner to help and his call was answered and we were provided with the key code. We eventually were able to access the property 4 hours after arrival. There was nothing in the villa - not even water to drink. I recommend you do a shop before arrival. When paying a lot of money for a property on Airbnb, the host usually provides water and the bare essentials. It is the minimum. Nothing was provided, except one dishwasher tablet and all the glasses had water stains as they had forgotten to add the salt and rinse aid to the machine.. There was not even a cloth to wash up. The villa itself is charming and beautifully built and decorated. The crockery and cutlery were very poor quality and let the place down - only one knife to chop food, a broken coffee machine. Whoever is running it was doing so on the cheap. The table tennis table was broken and there were no bats and the only shade in the outside area on the terrace consisted of two broken bamboo screens which were hung over a frame. I messaged Posarelli on numerous occasions to ask for help, but they took over 36 hours to respond each time. They look professional on their website, but their service was poor and disappointing. I can praise the mid-week clean and the villa is very comfortable. But I can't recommend this villa as the local agent and penny pinching made the experience disappointing. Posarelli Villas was a long way from the usual holiday experience in Corfu. It was a shame and I can't recommend them.

La casa es preciosa y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unas bonitas vacaciones. Sin embargo, es importante saber que el acceso por carretera es algo difícil, carril único y con bastantes curvas. Casa muy limpia en general, calidad/limpieza de las toallas mejorable. La salida no es flexible, teniendo que dejar la casa a las 10am, demasiado pronto en comparación con otros alojamientos.
