Welcome to Casa Dos Patos in Lo De Marcos! Enjoy this centrally located hacienda style home placed 2 blocks from the Beach, and 1 block from the Town Plaza. Dos Patos includes a 16' x 20' pool, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a home office/study room, and spacious areas both inside and out to lounge and enjoy your meals. The home has a completely separate owners apartment on the 2nd floor that's entirely separate from the 1st floor, and will be occupied during your visit. Casa Dos Patos is located on Emiliano Zapata, also known locally as: Easy Street, or Concrete Street. The Casa is located on just over 1/3 acre of land, and continues to develop to provide it's guests a great vacation experience. Casa Dos Patos is fully enclosed with it's original brick wall surrounding the property. Ample and secure off-street parking is provided with the exception of tall RV's and/or other tall vehicles that may not "fit" under the entry arch. Message me for details if you have a tall profile vehicle. The home has 2 bedrooms separated by a lounge/study area, so both rooms have privacy from each other. Each bedroom has it's own separate air conditioner unit, clothing dresser, mirror, reading lamps and side tables, and a king sized bed with a firm memory foam mattress. Both rooms are provided with 2 sleeping pillows per person. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom uses the bathroom in the general living area. The living room is large and bright, and is great for relaxing and enjoying each others company. In the rear of the casa, we have multiple options. Relax and take a nap in the hammocks, or enjoy a nice meal at our large parota wood table overlooking the pool.

Pretty sure J&P summed it up but we had absolutely great time in a great place.Paul & Rejane were wonderful hosts & always available.Very friendly and went over the top with the amenities supplied.Had great suggestions of places to go.This place was 150% of what we expected - Gerry & Brenda A truly traditional Mexican feel to the house.Decor was well thought of and made us feel @ home in the lovely little town of Lo de Marcos. Dos Patos was well equipped both in kitchen and all other rooms.Bathroom very functional,organized & well stocked. Outdoors extremely exceptional, well designed with plenty of seating, hammocks to lounge in & beautiful swimming pool. Location was excellent ,several blocks from the ocean & stores & restaurants within easy walk.We truly enjoyed our stay with Paul & Rejane who made us feel at home with their friendly ways.Paul was very easy to reach & very accommodating if we needed anything.We hope to return to that little piece of paradise someday.- Jim&Paulette

Dos Patos was beautiful and welcoming. Very clean with lits of thoughtful touches. It had an amazing location and felt very safe and friendly. We loved walking through town, eating at all the delicious restaurants and playing on the gorgeous beach just down the street. We would definitely love to come back again!

Paul was a fantastic and communicative host! His home is beautiful in a great walkable location with easy access to downtown and the beach. They have everything you need to feel right at home. We are looking forward to returning to stay again and would recommend Paul's home and hospitality to future guests.

Casa Dos Patos is located in Central Lo De Marcos along Emiliano Zapata.
Dos Patos is a 2 minute walk to the beach/playa, and a 1 minute walk to the town plaza.
The neighborhood is a mix of long time local families, a smattering of renters, and ex-pats from both Canada and The United States.
Casa Dos Patos has a wonderful location if you're looking for easy access to the playa(beach), and the Plaza with it's eating and shopping options.
If you're looking for a central location that has easy access to the beach and town - this is the place.

出行信息

Lo De Marcos is a very walkable town. Aside from the hill towards Playa Minitas, the topography is flat.
Dos Patos is 2 straight blocks until your feet hit the sand, and the town plaza is 1 block where you’ll find various food and shopping options.
Parking on the street can be crowded during certain periods, but secure off street parking is always available at Dos Patos, so you’ll never need to worry about finding a parking space.
For those of you wanting some transportation assistance, Viva El Sueno rents top-of-the-line electric bikes. VES is located one block from HWY 200 smack dab on the corner. These things are fun and make exploring the area an adventure.
Golf carts are available in town, but numbers are limited, and early reservations are recommended.
Like most people including myself, walking is the #1 option, and you meet and interact with more peeps.
