Compare to my last Airbnb in Saint-John ,this one is amazing !!!! Well worth the 40$/day you Pay !!!!! The place is clean, Very well ruled, great management , educated hosts, fells like home even if its not . Truly worth the money and time spend in this place! Host is super responsive and pro active. Highly recommend !!!! Guys beware of super cheap Airbnb in Saint John ....dont fall in traps like I did ...Read my previous post about Saint John and book with confidence this one !!! You may pay 10$ more per day, but what a peace of mind you'll have !!!

I went for work and stayed almost 9 nights. It was pleasent stay. Very responsive definitely will book next time. Worth the cost❤️

The response was very quick and prompt. The living arrangements came with some challenges as there are 6 potential rooms sharing 1 bathroom. Some rooms seemed to have permanent residency, which made me feel as though I was invading their space (just a me thing, the tenants had not themselves made me feel that way) The common spaces are as clean as the tenants leave them in, reasonable but in some instances needing a wipe here and there before feeling comfortable to use (bathroom primarily) Entry and exit to the space is great with an electronic front door lock and personal room key that were ready upon check-in and simply returned to spot upon checkout. My room included a Roku TV with Netflix capabilities and wifi that has no issues that I could tell. Most importantly the bed and room was clean. There was a fresh towel and roll of toilet paper upon arrival, but I had my own things with me to use. Over all totally worth the price considering the other options in the area.
