Great location, smooth check-in & out procedures & friendly staff! Perfect for a night in Paris before flying south. My only complaint is that I book properties with specific amenities and expect them to be available as listed. After traveling, some of my clothes needed to be ironed, but there was no iron in the room which was mildly annoying, but fine so long as all we needed to do was speak to the staff to get one brought up. When we asked, we were told all the irons were loaned out. Not the end of the world! A wrinkled dress isn’t a huge deal but we paid a premium for the nicer room & didn’t have access to one of the very basic amenities we booked for - mildly irritating
